Welcome to the registration page for the Church of God State Youth Pastor Gathering! We are looking forward to an incredible time of connection and conversations. Our purpose for this time is to share ideas and best practices when it comes to leading state/regional youth events (Camps, Retreats, Conventions, etc…).

This three day, two night event will take place at the Floridays Resort in Orlando, Florida (www.floridaysresortorlando.com). We have strategically placed it during the days leading up to the YP60 Retreat (February 5-7), hoping you will choose to stay for that gathering as well.

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to Orlando, but upon arrival, ground transportation, lodging and all meals will be provided from dinner on February 3 through breakfast on February 5. The cost for the State Youth Pastor Gathering is $250. Please note, if you are interested in having your spouse attend this event with you, please email Adam Rentas at [email protected] to discuss this.

If you are flying into Orlando (MCO Airport) for the gathering, please plan to arrive no later than 3PM on February 3rd, 2025. If you are NOT staying for the YP60 Retreat, departing flights should be after 2PM on February 5th, 2025. Those driving will need to arrive at the Floridays Resort by 5PM on February 3rd, 2025.
